61 Hendon Avenue, Owairaka

The 61 Hendon Avenue project involved the delivery of a full civil works package for a long-standing, reputable residential building client. The site was prepared to support new housing development, requiring a comprehensive scope of works managed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key works included the installation of sediment and erosion controls, bulk earthworks with approximately 600m³ of imported fill, rock breaking, and the construction of both public and private drainage systems. Internal services were installed throughout the site, along with a new vehicle crossing and the formation of access roads using permeable concrete to meet stormwater management requirements.

The project was delivered within a live suburban environment, requiring careful coordination with neighbouring properties and public assets. Despite these challenges, the works were completed safely and to specification, enabling the client to proceed with vertical construction on a well-prepared and fully serviced site.
