Fraser Thomas Ltd has worked with Maxion Civil on a number of residential developments throughout the North Island. Maxion were engaged to construct and manage civil aspects of the developments including earthworks, driveways, paving, retaining walls and site services (stormwater, wastewater and water supply and utilities). Maxion Civil has always provided excellent standard of workmanship on all projects through the civil engineering construction stage. Charles Chen and his team have managed the projects extremely well. As some of the projects were in remote parts of the North Island the Maxion team continuously kept us and the clients informed of progress. BCG Civil was employed to carry out the renovation works of Alpers Lodge and Conference Centre, I was impressed by their “can do attitude” and professional skills when they mobilized to site, they did the following quality works on time and within the budget : Public & Private Drainage / Road Marking / Soak Holes / Car Parking, Drive way.
