22 Finnerty Avenue, Howick

The 22 Finnerty Avenue project involved the demolition of an existing residential dwelling to make way for four new homes. The works were delivered under a fast-paced program, requiring close coordination with the client’s build team to maintain momentum across all stages of the development.

Following demolition, the civil scope included earthworks, public drainage installation, and the construction of both timber and Keystone retaining walls to support the new site levels. Private infrastructure works involved the installation of underground stormwater tanks, concrete driveways, and paved carparks to service the new units.

The project was delivered efficiently and to a high standard, meeting key milestones to enable the timely handover for vertical construction. The completed civil works provided a well-prepared, functional, and visually integrated platform for the next phase of development.
