Te Taruna Drive, Wainui

This project at 73 Te Taruna Drive involved site development for a newly built residential community. Works were carried out in accordance with the approved Engineering Plan, focusing on minor earthworks, service connections, and access construction to deliver a finished platform that ties in safely with public networks and the surrounding streetscape.

The scope of works included stormwater and wastewater drainage reticulation, property connections, catchpits and manholes, underground detention tanks, concrete pavements and footpaths, kerb and channel, and formed vehicle crossings. Each element was set out and delivered to specification, ensuring reliable servicing, effective flood management, and smooth on-site circulation.

The project progressed efficiently, supported by staged erosion and sediment controls and clear internal traffic management. Careful programming minimised disruption to neighbours while achieving compliant connections to public infrastructure and a high-quality outcome for the future community.
