The Kopiri Place project involved the complete site development for six transportable homes, transforming a bare greenfield site into a fully serviced residential development ready for occupation.

Starting from undeveloped grassland, Maxion Civil delivered all civil and enabling works required to receive the transportable homes, including site clearing, earthworks, and the construction of engineered foundations and pile systems to suit each dwelling's placement.

Once the homes were delivered and set in position, a full underground servicing network was established, with new water supply, wastewater and stormwater drainage, and power connections installed to each dwelling to meet council compliance requirements.

External works completed the transformation: concrete driveways and vehicle crossings, timber boundary fencing for each property, landscaped gardens and lawn establishment, giving every home a private, finished outdoor space from day one.

This project demonstrates Maxion Civil's ability to deliver a complete turnkey site solution — from bare land to fully serviced, move-in-ready homes — managing every stage of the civil works, servicing, and external finishing in a single coordinated programme.
