The Frank Grey Place deconstruction project encompassed the dismantling of 8 Kainga Ora houses, involving asbestos removal, house deconstruction, and the decontamination of metal-contaminated soil.

Our dedicated team seamlessly managed the entire process from inception to conclusion. During the deconstruction phase, we implemented thorough asbestos removal protocols, ensuring the safety of both our team and the environment. Additionally, the careful extraction and decontamination of metal-contaminated soil were integral aspects of our comprehensive approach. Notably, our commitment to sustainability led to the salvage of native timber, joinery, and other materials, all of which were thoughtfully handed over to the local whanau community.
