Frank Grey Place Demolition

The Frank Grey Place deconstruction project involved the dismantling of 8 Kāinga Ora houses, including asbestos removal, full house deconstruction, and the remediation of metal-contaminated soil.

Our experienced team managed the entire process seamlessly, from planning through to completion. During the deconstruction phase, we followed strict asbestos removal procedures to protect both personnel and the surrounding environment. The safe extraction and decontamination of metal-contaminated soil formed a key part of our environmental management strategy.

In keeping with our sustainability values, we carefully salvaged native timber, joinery, and other reusable materials—these were respectfully gifted to the local whānau community for reuse and repurposing.

The project was delivered with precision, completed on schedule, and required no additional remediation—highlighting our team’s capability in delivering safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible outcomes.
