This project involved removing 2,000 tons of general rubbish and 3,000 cbm (cubic metres) of asbestos-contaminated soil and filling it with 10,000 cbm of engineer fill.

Maxion built up stormwater lines, including 1,050 concrete pipes, tanks and a wastewater pump station with three-phase power rising main, 3,000 sqm roading, kerb and channel.

Maxion also prepared the foundation, decking and landscape for the precast houses to be installed. All services and utilities. Development was completed in six months, which is 30% of the average development period.
