Quartz Ave Subdivision
Situated on a secluded cul-de-sac, the Quartz Avenue subdivision spans a site area of 2.1 hectares. Prior to our involvement, the majority of the bulk earthworks had already been completed. Our scope focused on completing the site earthworks, ensuring that all house lots were delivered with level sections ready for construction.
The project was delivered in three stages. Stages 1 and 3 included the successful delivery and occupation of 11 homes, while the remaining work continued on-site.
This project came with a significant time constraint, requiring the completion of all landscaping works and the issuing of Code Compliance Certificates (CCC) for the houses within a tight timeframe. Despite these challenges, our team successfully completed the earthworks for all 42 lots on schedule, ensuring the broader project remained on track.
Adverse weather conditions led to a 9-day Extension of Time (EOT), but through proactive planning and mitigation measures, we ensured the overall project timeline was not compromised. Our dedication to timely delivery enabled us to overcome environmental obstacles and fulfill our project responsibilities to a high standard.
