Quartz Ave Subdivision

Situated on a secluded cul-de-sac, Quartz Avenue encompasses a site area of 2.1 hectares. Prior to our involvement, majority of the earthworks on the site had already been completed. Our specific task was to undertake site earthworks, ensuring that the houses were delivered on flat sections. Project was divided in 3 stages, stage 1 & 3 with 11 houses delivered and occupied while rest of the work continued on site.

The project presented a significant time constraint, requiring the completion of all landscape works and the application of the house Code Compliance Certificates within a short timeframe. Despite these challenges, we successfully managed to accomplish the earthworks for all 42 lots within the given schedule, effectively keeping the project on track.

While adverse weather conditions resulted in a 9-day extension of time (EOT), we took appropriate measures to ensure that the overall timeline for the job remained unaffected. Our commitment to delivering results within the specified timeframe allowed us to overcome these obstacles and successfully fulfill our responsibilities on the project.
