Quartz Ave Subdivision
Situated on a secluded cul-de-sac, the Quartz Avenue development covers a site area of 2.1 hectares. Maxion Civil was engaged to complete all remaining site works, including bulk earthworks, 500 metres of retaining walls, roading pavement, drainage, and utilities installation, ensuring the lots were ready for house placement on levelled sections.
The project was delivered in three stages. Stages 1 and 3 saw 11 houses completed and occupied while construction continued on the rest of the site.
A tight programme required completion of all landscape works and timely submission of Code Compliance Certificates for each house. Despite the challenge, we successfully completed works across all 42 lots within the required timeframe, keeping the overall project on track.
Although adverse weather led to a 9-day extension of time (EOT), we implemented mitigation measures to avoid delays to critical milestones. Our strong delivery focus ensured that all responsibilities were fulfilled to a high standard.
