Ranolf Street Subdivision

Located in the heart of Rotorua and covering approximately 2 hectares, the Ranolf Street subdivision presented a range of environmental and logistical challenges. We addressed these early on by engaging proactively with neighbours and stakeholders and implementing a robust sediment control plan.

During construction, several obstacles arose. However, through open, transparent communication and strong collaboration with project stakeholders, we were able to generate innovative solutions and maintain progress. This approach allowed us to not only deliver certain units to the client ahead of schedule while continuing remaining works on-site, but also successfully meet the overall project deadline.
