Located in the heart of Rotorua and covering approximately 2 hectares, the Ranolf Street subdivision presented a range of environmental and logistical challenges. These were addressed early through proactive engagement with neighbours and stakeholders, supported by the implementation of a robust sediment control plan.
During construction, several obstacles arose. However, through open communication and strong collaboration with project stakeholders, Maxion Civil generated innovative solutions and maintained steady progress. This approach allowed certain units to be delivered ahead of schedule while remaining works continued on site, ultimately ensuring the overall project deadline was successfully met.
