Ranolf Street Subdivision

The Ranolf Street subdivision, located in the heart of Rotorua and spanning approximately 2 hectares, posed various environmental and project-related challenges. However, we effectively addressed these challenges through proactive measures such as early engagement with neighbors and stakeholders, as well as the implementation of a comprehensive sediment control plan.

During the construction phase, we encountered several obstacles. However, through open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders and by fostering collaboration, we successfully overcame these roadblocks. This approach allowed us to generate innovative ideas and find effective solutions. As a result, we not only completed and delivered certain units to the client ahead of schedule while continue to complete the project works but also met the overall project deadline as planned.
