The 93 Plunket Civil Works project supported the rebuild of the Rockstar warehouse facility through the delivery of integrated heavy-duty civil infrastructure designed for long-term industrial performance.

The project focused on establishing a robust ground and servicing platform capable of supporting high-load operational areas, including heavy vehicle access routes, yard slabs, and service corridors.

Key works included bulk excavation and engineered fill placement to achieve design formation and ground performance requirements. Retaining structures were constructed to manage level transitions and optimise usable site area.

A comprehensive underground servicing network was installed, including stormwater and wastewater drainage systems, stormwater storage infrastructure, and firemain and water supply systems to support operational safety and compliance requirements.

Heavy-duty pavement and reinforced concrete yard construction were delivered to support continuous industrial traffic loading, ensuring long-term durability and operational reliability. This project highlights Maxion Civil’s capability in delivering technically demanding civil infrastructure solutions for large-scale industrial and commercial developments.
