The Target School Civil Works project delivered critical civil infrastructure to support the development of a new education facility, helping create a safe and future-ready learning environment for the local community.

The works established a compliant and construction-ready site through coordinated earthworks, drainage construction, pavement works, and concrete infrastructure installation.

The project included full site establishment, traffic management, and environmental protection measures to ensure safe delivery and minimal environmental impact.

Earthworks achieved design formation levels across building platforms and accessways. Drainage infrastructure provided reliable stormwater management, while pavement and concrete works were constructed to Auckland Transport and NZTA standards to ensure long-term durability and performance. This project supports the delivery of modern education infrastructure and reflects Maxion Civil’s commitment to building essential community assets that enable long-term social and community development.
