Tauranga Demolition

The Tauranga deconstruction project involved the dismantling of 12 Kāinga Ora houses, including asbestos removal, full house deconstruction, and the remediation of metal-contaminated soil.

Our dedicated team managed the entire process seamlessly, from inception to completion. During the deconstruction phase, we followed strict asbestos removal protocols to ensure the safety of both our crew and the surrounding environment. The extraction and decontamination of metal-contaminated soil were also key components of our comprehensive environmental management approach.

In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, we carefully salvaged native timber, joinery, and other reusable materials, which were respectfully handed over to the local whānau community for repurposing.

Executed with precision and completed within the project timeline, the works required no further remediation—highlighting our team’s capability to deliver safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious outcomes.
